PIXELGRID.CO.ZA RETURNS POLICY

Clause 1 Circumstances in which Returns are allowed

  1. We permit returns in the following instances:

1.1. The incorrect product has been delivered to you.

1.2. Circumstances allow for return of the product(s) are applicable.

1.1 Return of Goods that did not match the Order

1.1.1 If the Goods do not match what was ordered, the Customer is requested to notify Pixelgrid as soon as possible after delivery and the Goods must be returned to Pixelgrid within 7 (seven) business days after delivery.

1.1.2 If the Goods are returned because they did not match what was ordered and the Goods are not in their original condition and repackaged in their original packaging, Pixelgrid may be entitled to charge a reasonable amount for use of the Goods during the time they were in the Customer’s possession, any consumption or depletion of the Goods, or for necessary restoration costs to render the Goods fit for re-stocking.

1.2 Return of defective Goods

1.2.1 All Goods sold have a warranty as per manufacturer warranty against defects. The Customer must keep their proof of purchase to verify the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty may fall away if the Goods have been altered contrary to instructions or after leaving the control of Pixelgrid.

1.2.2 If the Goods are returned within 1 (one) year of purchase and has been proven to be defective by a Pixelgrid technician, Scoop Distribution, at its election, shall either replace, repair or refund the Goods.

1.2.3 Any Goods damaged due to power surges, blackouts or lightning will not be exchanged under warranty.

1.2.4 A service fee of R100.00 will be charged for goods submitted for defects that are found to be without fault upon testing.

1.2.5 The Customer hereby agrees that any item under warranty returned for a repair may be sold by Pixelgrid to defray the cost of such repair if the item remains uncollected for a period of 30 (thirty) days after the repairs have been completed.

1.3 Return of unwanted Goods

1.3.1 Pixelgrid reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 15% (fifteen per cent) of the value of the returned Goods if a Customer cancels an Order and Pixelgrid accepts the return of unwanted Goods. Pixelgrid will only entertain such requests if made within 7 (Seven) business days of delivery of the Goods.

Clause 2 When a Return needs to be initiated

2.1 Returns need to be initiated within seven days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you.

Clause 3 The choices you have upon Returning the Product

3.1 When a product is returned to us you can:

3.1.1 Have your account credited.

3.1.2 Have the amount refunded to you.

Clause 4 How a Return is initiated

4.1 All returns shall be initiated by means of an email sent to pixelshop@pixelgrid.co.za setting out:

4.1.1 The reason for the return.

4.1.2 Whether you would like the account credited or refunded.

Clause 5: Condition of the Product Returned

5.1 The following conditions must be met when returning the product:

5.1.1 The product must be undamaged.

5.1.2 The product must be unused.

5.1.3 The product must be in its original packaging.

5.1.4 The product must be packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.

Clause 6: Manner of Return

6.1 You must return the product to our offices at the following address: 13 Klein Begin Complex, 3 Le Roux Street Salieshoek, Pretoria, 0184

Clause 7: What will happen once a Product is returned

7.1 Once the product has been returned and inspected, your account with us will be credited or refunded, according to your preference.

Clause 8: Product Inspection

8.1 Before accepting a returned product, we will inspect it.

8.2 If the product is not in a condition suitable for return, in our reasonable discretion, we are not obliged to accept it.
